Calls cost £1.50 per minute and the average cost of a call is £7.00, billed to your phone. Similar to NHS Direct it takes calls from pet owners who are worried about their pet.

Financial assistance

Due to branch finances we can only offer limited assistance for veterinary fees. If your pet needs veterinary treatment and you are on income support or housing benefit we may be able to provide some help towards the cost of visiting the vet.
